Spyware Taking Over....

I have spyware or something taking over my computer. I have downloaded and run every anti virus and spyware killer I can find and still I am suffering ANNOYING pop ups and re-directs, also false error pages that bing me to a search page. The spybot etc found spyware and removed it....Panda found a trojan and supposidly removed it...but still having the same problem and its making me nuts! I ran hijack this but I don't think I see anything really bad, but I'm not sure what to do =(
