spyware?

ok my mom thinks she has spyware or viruses on her computer but i did dozens of scans and nothing is there...she thinks that all because one website will not load completly and the mouse will skip abit...that same website works on my computer though...and i tried cleaning the mouse and stuff and i did system restore and nothing still the same...what could be the problem

 

If you think its Malware related, start by following standard cleanup procedures as given below:

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.


After doing ALL of the above and you still have a problem, make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps below:
