Hi,does anyone out there know if this program is worth installing and does it confict with any AV programs? We run Avast free home.
If it always annoys with spyware alerts,it may not be worth installing.
    Thanks for any information

It's worth it. It only alerts when spyware is present, unlike Teatimer and MS antispyware realtime protection, and it has no problem with Avast.

It shouldnt conflict with AV as its not an AntiVirus program but Anti Spyware... that said, this is a work in progress and as such could have problems with some software or PC system setups.

The alerts in this app are no worse than that of some firewalls.... SpywareBlaster is also from the same software writers and makes a complete addition to your antispyware arsenal ;)

I have Spyware Guard running with Norton AV as well as Spybot, Adaware and MS AntiSpyware and SpywareBlaster all running at the same time and have never had a problem.

As far as I'm concerned it's a must have and a very valuable application.
