I ran hijack this, but I didnt copy the log,
this program is killing me, I've booted in safe mode and deleted anything I've found relevant but I'm still getting the main iexplorer page takeover...

 

I would like to test a new tool..

I'm gonna run a scan and put the log up but so far so good... No b/s no wierd start page

I need the log from the smitRem tool, the two online scan logs and a HJT log from normal mode.

Please attach them to your next post using the "Manage Attachments" feature.

 

I'm searching for the smit.txt but where do I search for the online and HJT logs?

I apologize for the confusion, please see the sticky below. Run all of the steps listed here to confirm your completely clean. After your done attach the logs from the two online scans with a fresh HJT log.
