SQL error

WinXP Media Center SP3 - When Windows starts up, the login window comes up and before the password is typed in, a SQL error comes up (see screen shot below). I re-installed SQL Server VSS Writer 2005 SP2 and it made no difference. I am totally unfamiliar with SQL Server. In Add/Remove Programs, there are 3 different SQL items listed: SQL Server Native Client, SQL Server Setup Support Files, and SQL Server VSS Writer. I downloaded SQL Server from this link, and during the install I chose to only install VSS Writer. So, any ideas how to get rid of this error?

Problem solved. The download I linked to above turned out to be just an update and not the actual SQL Server software. Once I found the correct download, I simply installed it over the top of the existing SQL software, and that took care of everything.
