Sqlite Database Manual Repair.

Is there a way to recover data from formatted ssd *.sqlite databases? Although I restored the disk completely, all available repair sw or online service to repair says that are corrupted or in a different format. Or import to excel eg.. to manual work :-( thx fo any advice.

databases are one area of technology that i understand in theory, but gives me brain freezes in reality.
