Sram Help

SRAM Chips are used for CPU Cash I know they are Faster and do not need to be Refrashed.

But I know SDRAM will Synchronize to the CPU Clock does SRAM do this?

 

SRAM also costs more and can consume more power.

That depends on the function type - Asynchronous or Synchronous.

 

They say DRAM Chips are Made of Cpacitors I get this.
And that it is a Flip Flop Circuit On Off I get this to.

Is a Transistor MOSFET a Flip Flop Circuit as well?

Ok I know DRAM is Made of Capacitors that have to be Recharged every few Milliseconds to hold Dada.

And I know SRAM is Made f Transistor MOSFETS and they do not need to vbe Recharged.

But Transistors just Turn On and Off they let Current go through or not.
So I can See how this can be a 0. Bit or a 1. Bit.

But Capacitors Hold these Bits like the Charge.
So if Transistor MOSFETS do not Hold a Charge then how can they Hold the Bits?

Am I Right Both SDRAM and DRAM have to be Re Charged to Hold Data or is it just DRAM has to be Re Charged every Few ms to Hold Data?

 

Both DRAM & SDRAM have to be refreshed.
SRAM does not have to be refreshed.
