Ssd Blues

Hi,
So my SSD drive died without any warning. To that end I ordered a 4TB Samsung SSd, and attempted to swap it out with the old 500gb ssd.
However I didn't realize that doing so without formatting it would cause half ot the drive to be me partitioned off and useless to me.
On top of that my system no longer sees my hybrid drive, even though its visible in bios and in disk management. I thought that I would temporarily download windows on the my hybrid drive, but windows says its formatted mbt and that it cant install there. Also that didn't stop it from installing on the ssd.
And lastly, my system also no longer sees my gpu. (Ive reseat to double check, fans and light seems to be in order on the unit and it doesn't seem to be damaged.

Im at a lose and could use some help.

 

Okay, as able to assign a letter to the hybrid drive and can access the files there now. Just need to get my rig to recognize my gpu now...and figure out how to convert my ssd to gpt, or reclaim the missing 2 gigs

 

pc recognized my videocard again after it fully updated. Apparently my copy of windows if very old.
The only thing thta remains if or me to convert the disk to GPt format in order to reclaim my lost 2t of space.
I found this video. But it doesnt say if its safe for an ssd drive or not.
