Many of us know that SSD's lose blocks over time, this does not happen with Win7 as it has TRIM which cleans and allows re use of the blocks. My question is when you format an SSD does formatting reclaim the block or do they stay in an unusable state?
Sure would be great if someone wrote a TRIM program for older OS's!
