Do you need to defacement SSD's or will that just shorten it's lifespan?

I herd if you SSD has TRIM support it will defacement files on the fly

Or is it that you need to defacement SSD's if they don't have TRIM support

    Hi

Theoretically you should not need to disable much if Windows 7 picked up that you are using an SSD, but you can use this tweaker HERE I have used in the betas before SSDs where registered ok,
