SSL Server Problem

    I am trying to link into a secured web-sight for a business. I down loaded their links and followed the Tech's instructions and I keep getting the following error message:

    cannot connect to the MetaFrame Server.......The citrix SSL server you have selected is not accepting connections"

    The Tech stated I must still have a firewall up. I don't The only thing I have up is Norton and I cannot figure out how to disable it. Does anyone have any ideas?
