guys please help me(( i installed stalker cernobyl and i dont get the image of the game i get a window in whitch i see the files that are loading but i hear the song of the game menu what should i do? i can send a print screen if you want on youre mail

Hi

What are your PC specs and what Windows version and service pack you using?

Specs are
CPU
RAM (amount of)
Video Card

Did the game install or is this issue happening on installing the game?

If on installing the game then try installing without Antivirus and Firewall running (also disable Spybot S&D if installed), also make sure if you are installing this in XP or above that you are logged in as admin when installing.

Is the CD/DVD damaged or scratched?

If this is happening when trying to run the game, then try updating your graphic card drivers, to latest version for your card type.

Also try uninstalling and cleaning up your PC via this guide HERE and then with updated graphic card drivers, re-install the game.

Hi I've fixed the problem finally after 1 year it was a crack problem and also a patch...I had to update it to version 10001 then put the crack very weird because when i installed last time on my old pc i didnt had to do this thing...and after install it apeared in the files another crack whitch confused me anyway it's fixed now thanks very much for looking at my comment !
