I was going thru my running apps and foun this

I have no idea what it is

 

When I think Stardock, I think this: http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/ , but I doubt that it has anything to do with this.

 

Might be stardock cursor. Looks like this:

 

whats the server thing about?
