For some reason my start menu > all programs shows nothing except the directories in which the shortcuts should be. They're all empty. The only thing I've run recently that cleans is Your Uninstaller but I have used it many times without it deleting all of my All Programs.

    I went to:

    C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

But it only shows a shortcut to uTorrent and no folders. When I right-click on the All Programs folders there is only an option to collapse and expand - no delete, copy, etc.

Your uninstaller is a powerful tool and if you pressed the wrong key ????

have you tried SYSTEM RESTORE to see if it will bring them back??
