start/run missing in action

    Hi there

    I was being a good girl and tried to follow Major Attitude's advise on how to remove spyware when I noticed I can't pass step 2 for an ackward reason: if I click the start button, I don't get any 'run' option. I am running on XP. Any advise on how I should get to run?

    Welcome to Major Geeks. :)

    Try this:

    1. Right-click on the start button.

    2. Go to properties

    3. Select the advanced tab at the top

    there is a whole list of options there. Make sure that the one for "Run Command" is checked.
