Start up after hibernate problem

    Hi, I had the data recovery virus a few days ago & since ive removed it my laptop has run a little slow, also when i turn it on after closeing down with hibernate im asked if i want to start in safe mode or normal windows which didn't happen before.

    This is the method i used to remove the virus.
