    Have you re-installed the app?

also as a wild idea, check the folder C:\Program Files\Startup Inspector for Windows for wsiComment its a HTML doc icon, is it there?

if not and just a pure guess, I wonder if you could use mine as I use that app too for the time being as I will uninstall it soon as MS Antispyware does this task too of telling you what startups are.

Just a question, what do you mean by this? If you are talking about MS Antispyware not telling you what startup programs are running, then you need to check out Tools, Advanced Tools, System Explorers, then select Startup Programs under Application.

If this isn't what you were meaning, then ignore me! :)

yep exactly what I was getting at, MS Antispyware does that task too of checking startups, so I have no need for Startup Inspector when one app ( MS AS ) does a multiple set of different tasks :)

*must slow down typing... do this in work too, get some flow of ideas and have to type them up quickly before getting disturbed, ended up coming home with me.. nasty habbit.

ps. cannot ignore you as you have home brew and pool table on way

uninstall WSI and make sure it's folder has been deleted from C: Program Files, then re-install again.

yep.. if its their delete anything you find, re-install and see if it fixes that issue.

if not and this is a side note... as both me and theefool have touched on MS Antispyware does tell you what your startups are as well as being an Antispyware scanner.

    Hi guys,

I'm having the same problem that jak3y used to have with the C:\Program Files\Starup Inspector for Windows\wsiComment.htm whenever I want to "apply" my configuration with Startup Inspector. I've uninstalled the program and deleted the folder in program files and then re-installed and the same things happening over and over.
I checked for the wsiComment as Halo suggested and it's not there... any ideas?

    Thanks!
