    Yes. That's the Realtek Audio Manager in your Control Panel.

    I am so looking forward to my computer taking a shorter time to boot up.:wave.

    Mark and I are both semi-correct on the RtHDVCpl.exe. It is not needed for your system to run properly at startup.....BUT considering the problems that Realtek drivers can cause and the lengths that have to be gone through to get them to work properly again, I would leave it enabled.
