Start up problem

I went to colubmus last night for an over night stay at my uncles and i put my computer on hibernate(having no idea what that is) and today when i come back and turn it on it says the last attempt to restart from its previous location. Attempt to restart again? then it gives me 2 choices

1 delete restoration datae and proceed to boot menu
2 continue with system restart

Normally i would pick one and hit enter on my keyboard to accept it, but my keyboard doesnt work nor do any of the other ones in my house. It wont let me pick anything.

 

Is it a USB keyboard or PS2 ? Im a little confused here. You put your system hibernation and when you came back the keyboard didn't work and the system wouldn't move past this hibernation option screen ?

 

its a usb keyboard so are all the others in my house none of them work i cant get it off this screen no matter how many times i restart it
