Start up problem

Hello, I hope can be helped. I run Windows XP on my desktop(HP Pavillion a1410y). I can not boot the system. When I try safe mode or any other mode(last good configuration, etc) the PC just gets stuck. Safe mode stops while loading. I tried using the OS disc but that doesn't work either. It won't even let me do a recovery, it keeps rebooting when I try it. Can someone help lease?

Moved to software as we can not help you with malware until you can get your system stable and bootable.

You could try creating one of these discs to boot to:
Kaspersky Rescue Disk.
BitDefender Rescue Disk-with-auto-update.

There is always the chance that malware has messed with your system files, so if the disc doesn't help, try doing this:

Neither of those boot-up files worked. I did the other solution you gave me but when I put in the last set of commands(copy c:\windows\repair\system c:\windows\system32\config\system), it's saying; The system can not find the file specified.
