start up question

    do i really need iedriver.exe to run at start up?. every time i turn on my computer it wants to acces the internet and norton tells me its high risk.. is this true? is this a virus? or something? i block the internet access all the time for that file.

    well i did a spybot search and it couldnt find it all it find was dso exploit 5 entries..thats all. no ie driver. should i just remove it manually?
