Hello I have a major problem with my Acer- Aspire5349, There is a problem with it. When I turn it on, it will not take me to the Windows sign in screen.What can I do to get it to get to the Windows screen,is there a way to get in. or is this a Windows problem. it seams like it is stuck or something. Please help me fix this,or give me some clues on how to fix it.:banghead:banghead:banghead

 

Does Windows still load ?? Are you still able to use Windows , or are you stuck at that spot ??

pimmp, can you boot into safe mode and try a chkdsk ??

Do you try an external screen ( enabling external screen by pushing fn+f5 at the same time ) ? Also you can give your model number which is located at the bottom of the laptop :wave

It stays on the black screen,for a long while then it restartes it self. what is a good fix for this.
