    Welcome to Major Geeks

The name of the program in the second (lower) screenshot is not readable even when magnified.
You should see what that program is and if it is a program you need, uninstall it, restart your system and then reinstall it fresh.

Given that Vista is not a great OS, your desktop seems to be badly crowded with installation files and start up icons for all manner of programs including RogueKiller and Spyhunter.
Set up (install files) should either be deleted or stored in a separate folder - not on the desktop. They are a magnet for malware.

However, as you have a Specialist Malware Forum thread that is not yet finished, you should focus on that before coming here. When the Specialist has given your system the full all clear you can then look at software issues.

The malware seems to be taken care of. But now I get a "Windows cannot find 'C:\Microsoft_SDK......." error when I start windows.

I always read these type of problems with interest, and still learn from others, but I would run a hard drive test myself.
The times that I have had computers that startup , or, have problems with missing dll's, have turned out to be a faulty hard drives, are pretty surprising.
Try all the methods offered above, but ,I would also Click start, type in run, and IN THE LITTLE BOX TYPE IN CHKDSK /R
Restart system and watch to see what it finds, and fixes.
If it then starts o.k, then that is good- if it still shows errors, then it could be that the hard drive has problems- you can check it with the hard drive manufacturers tools, or, an easy way is to install mini partition wizard, and run their checking tool- With this tool you can see if there are several, or, no bad sectors, and if there are several, my advice would be to replace the hard drive.

Along with CCleaner Eldon suggest in post #5, you could also download Microsoft's AutoRus program.

    http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/microsoft_autoruns.html

Extract the files to a location of your choice. Run the program. If it flashes by too quick to read then try the other file in the AutoRuns folder to get a GUI display of all that starts on boot of the pc. Look for things highlighted in yellow and saying ' file not found'. If it matches your 'C:\Microsoft_SDK......." error then uncheck the box on that line.

Type msconfig in the Run/Search box and uncheck the following startup items:

    Microsoft Windows Script Host
    Command: wscript.exe "C:\Microsoft_SDK\lib\include\cc1xb.js"

    I only see "cc1xh" and "cc1xj" but no cc1xb.

Neither of which is needed. Uncheck these. Run the autoruns program to see what other program is trying to load these .js files and uncheck it also.

I unchecked those and I did not see anything else in the autoruns program. I did not see any error when I rebooted so everything should be good.

Don't think it's a HD problem. The error showed up right after I removed a virus with the same name.

Did you run CCleaner before unchecking those 2 items - 'cc1xh.js' & 'cc1xj.js'?
They both show in the startup list.
If you did, disable them and restart.

Good, follow the advice as it comes, from the others here, and you should be almost there.
You could also have a look in event viewer- (right click computer, click manage, choose event viewer-works on all windows systems)
You should be able to see what happened , possibly helping cause the errors, and anything that may not be working as it should in event viewer.
