Hey, I have two main hobbies on my computer I love to do, Capturing Music Videos and Ripping CDs (and also scanning cd covers). I have hardware profiles for each of these, basically different setups of the hardware in the device manager (disable or enable this or that), to keep things smooth and top notch performance. But everytime I startup a certain hardware profile I have to end all these tasks and change the volume settings also. I also have a hardware profile setup that's for in general for when I am not ripping cds or capturing video. So, basically in a nutshell what I'm trying to do is change the volume settings for the sound card on startup (all i need the settings changed to is mute for certain holes that arent in use), for the specified hardware profile, and also I would like to end all startup tasks for a certain hardware profile on startup without having to go to task manager and ending each one over and over. If possible I would prefer doing this with a batch program or a script. Is there any possible way I could do this?
