Startup Issue

How do I stop the keyboard from coming on the display when I turn on the PC?

Are you referring to the onscreen keyboard?

 

Yes I I'm, and the on screen keyboard is turn off in settings.

If the onscreen keyboard is not enabled in Control Panel > Ease of Access Center then look in the Startup folder.

 

I checked in: startup folder
windows startup folder
startup folder location, and I still can't find how to shut it off.

 

One more place I can think of is Task Scheduler.

 

I tried task scheduler and no luck. So I remembered about Tweeking.com. I let it fix everything, and no more on screen keyboard at startup.

The only thing that I think it was, was a bad registry error, and Tweeking.com fixed it.

Eldon, I'm going to remember about Task Scheduler. That I neat little tool.

I was going to recommend the System File Checker (included with Tweaking.com - Windows Repair).

FYI I disabled updates in CCleaner and yet I was notified of an update.
That's when I found CCleaner created a scheduled task to check for updates. I deleted it but it was recreated So I disabled it. Problem solved.
