Startup Items

My apologies, I really am unsure as to which forum to post this topic in, I am a newbee, I have a hell of a lot of items in my startup, I am enclosing a screenshot, I am uncertain as to which items I may safely disable from startup so that my pc boots faster, can anyone have a look at let me know please?
