startup prob

well its a networked comp running win2000 pro. It is infected with several viruses and C:\WINNT\sdkfr.exe is infected with Download.Trojan and
C:\WINNT\system32\btest4.scr is infected with Trojan dropper (the scr file was deleted as its a screensaver. It rebooted once fine, however the next day it does not want to boot up, it gets to the starting win2000 logo flashes once and then restarts over and over and over. Safe mode does not work, neither does last known good config or debugging mode. Running directory services restore shows that it sees c drive, calls it clean but cant gain direct access. The bios(dell) is password protected, and it has no cd-drive and is not set up to boot from floppy. So umm any suggestions? Try to reset cmos? then set to use floppy?
