    Hi

Ones I would delete from that list or at least manage with StartupCPL (do not use msconfig) are

DellSupportCenter ~ not needed to startup
Adobe Reader Speed launcher ~ never noticed it speed up anything
Google Desktop Search ~ I would remove
    SunJavaUpdateSched ~ not needed updater
lgfxtray ~ can access this via Control Panel its the Intel GFX menu

Bubble ~ have no idea what that is so please explain what it does?

If you need to check startups this is a great place to do so http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/

Bubble and Logoff are both something to do with windows steadystate but I dont know what they actually do.

    Hi Michael

Ah ok, gotcha on those and best to leave them as Steadystate is a good way of protecting the PC from other users basically causing mayhem! info on StreadyState here

But if you are the only user on that PC then SteadyState is not going to be of much use unless you are prone to killing the OS, which I doubt, so maybe worth thinking on uninstalling it, but do leave it on the PC if you have multiple users using that PC.
