Startup Programs

I am trying to clean up my start up registry and was wondering if I can delete any of these through CCLeaner's Startup option:

Some of these I know i need like windows defender, AVG etc...

Broadcom wireless manager UI
Groove monitor
NVsync
NvCplDaemon
NvMediaCenter
NvHotkey
OEM02Mon.exe
SunJavaUpdateSched
SigmatelSysTrayApp
QuicktimeTask
iTunesHelper

I was wondering what any of those are or if i could get rid of them (i.e. I know what quicktime and itunes are but could i get rid of those to speed up my startup at all)

SunJavaUpdateSched this can be removed from start up but it is up to you you can manually check for java updates here at mg's.
SigmatelSysTrayApp this also is a non essential start up item and can be safely removed " http://www.glaryutilities.com/startuplibrary/SigmatelSysTrayApp=stsystra.exe.html ".
quick time and itunes can also be removed from start up and as for NVsync i neeed to do some more research on this so i would leave it for now .

When i go to manage startup programs it wont let me disable any of them.
