    Hi guys,
Can I get Win7 to show me what's loading as it loads in startup? I seem to remember in the dark past, hoding down th shift key while booting or something like that did the trick.

    Regards

All the information you want is on the Applications, Processes and Services tabs of Task Manager. Do it immediately after boot has finished.

ctrl + alt + del brings up the dialog to start Task manager

ctrl + shift + esc also brings up Task manager without a menu like the above does in 7 and Vista
