Starving Writer needs freebie program - voice to text

HELP ME I'VE FALLEN AND CANT GET UP!

I am a new born Writer wannabe who just like the artists finds me self starvin like dem. I need a free or at least cheapo but accurate program that can convert my spoken words - from either a computer/mic combo or my digital recorder plugged into my computer - to written text.

I often "write" while in my car or other strange places and cant access a pen and paper. So i just bought a voice recorder so now i can finally remember the perfectly phrased - could never say it any better - paragraphs i "wrote" while talking to myself in the cat litter aisle at Walmart. Speaking into my shoulder where the little recorder is clipped to my shirt and choosing the perfect pooper scooper - whilst an employee is eyeing me with suspiscion.

Due to a painful musclular disorder compounded by arthritis in my hands its difficult for me to type the words for extended time periods. I need something to "write" for me what i "wrote" with my "tongue" & be able EAT again! lolol
