Still cannot use right click feature on destop: Hijack Log File

I ran hijack this and please tell me if there is anything in here that could be causing it. I noticed that when I get stuck and have to use ctrl alt delete to get shut down the program, I have to do it several times and it thinks I am accessing Explorer. In that close program box is a suspicious looking program. : E_s4i2c1. I looked it up and cannot find much info on it. I ran AVG with the new updates and Spybot. All was clear. TIA for any help!!

Forgot to add that I run win98 SE. I also found out that the file E_s4i2c1 is for my printer. Is there anything else I need to do to help with this? TIA, Debbie
