Still Can't Customize Windows 10 Start Menu?

One of my biggest pet peeves in switching from Window 7 to Windows 10 about five years ago was not being able to customize my Star Menu. I'm very picky about my setup, and this just seems crazy that they would remove this very basic feature that has existed since the mid-90s during my initial Widows 95 days. Which is one of the reasons I held off upgrading to Window 10 until just recently. Now I see nothing has changed. I was shocked I'm still unable to move simple applications out of this program list (which is a cluttered mess at present).

So since Microsoft seems like they've not changed their minds on this (unless I'm missing something), what has the community come up with to deal with this? I'm sure I'm not the only one who needs to do something with their messy Start Menu. Right?

 

UPDATE:

I moved a few things around, and now I'm satisfied. But I need to put a few things back where they were, so some Windows 10 start menu locations that are hardcoded work again (like "systems" and "settings" etc). Does anyone have a site that provides a reference for the default folder structures on a fresh install of Windows so I can recreate some of the start menu folders on my end?

 

Wait till you have windows 11 the task bar stuff is centered in the middle at first install but it can be adjusted in this section.
