Still...grr can't get rid of the darn things...

The following is coppied from my Spybot S&D log file on my most recent scan. These are recurring results in every scan I've done. I remove them and immunize, but they keep returning. Can anyone help me to rid my computer of this or is impossible because of reasons such as infinite morphing names, values, and such?
