Still in doubt!

I ran Hijack this and the read out is lited below. I appreciate the lead given in my last request but I am still in doubt as to what to delete. Perhaps I'm a bit slow on the uptake but the 04 segment appears to need some house cleaning. I'm afraid to delete anything on my own. Yikes, I need help.
