Hi - In anticipation - thanks for any help

I've got a laptop that had mutiple infection of various trojans etc. Used spybot and AVG to clean most.

Ran through the README - logs attached (I could not get all off the laptop)
having problem attaching logs :arrgh: - will try and attach later

Various issues found - seems like rootkit.Zeroaccess (combofix identified) has been the main issue.

Status now - no internet, no taskbar (although icons appear), can't cut and paste (can copy at command line). Loads of services not running and can't start due to dependancies (can't open properties to look at dependancies)

Any help welcome (I'd like to win on this one) - although I think a clean reinstall may be the best thing here.
