    Bad PSU/data cable/motherboard chip?

0x7A = Usual causes: Memory, Paging file corruption, File system, Hard drive, Cabling, Virus infection, Improperly seated cards, BIOS, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack

Memory dump is always a suggestion on the blue screen for that ;)

I can try to find out the likely cause for you if you can get the dump file:
Find the minidump - C:\Windows\Minidumps\ XX ... XX.dmp, copy it to your Desktop and zip then attach the zip file here.
If it's a larger dump C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP, you'll need to copy it to the Desktop, zip and upload the zip to a hosting service - Skydrive or whatever, make it publicly accessible and post the link in a reply.

Also detail what was happening: what you were doing, programs that were active, during the 5-10 minutes before it happened, that often helps a lot to track it down.

Overclocking, either by hard- or software, Bios or MSI Afterburner and similar 'board maker utilities, is a common cause of BSOD's, especially when you consider any overclocking is going to strain the PSU even further than usual. Weak or suspect PSU's can, and do, kill hard drives and data.

Looks like I used a banned word in my feeble attempt to give a humorous reply a few minutes ago - "I'll play it straight this time, guv'nor, honest I will."

Test for hardware faults using bootable diags from CD or USB before deciding whether to reinstall yet. Hardware errors can be incredibly frustrating and will undo anything you think you can do in software.

The 160GB new drive - SSD? If so, check for a firmware update. Still won't work? Try a different SATA port, on a different controller chip if your 'board has one.

I think it was a Software issue Not hardware it seems to be running fine now i did a fresh install.I think the Paging file be came Corrupt Some how i don't know i scan nightly no virus's poped up on radar. So i am not sure what the issue was really but oh well its normally quicker for me to install windows then siting there trying to figure out what the hell is wrong.

A lot of times its just a better idea to reinstall the Fing windows. As long as you back up your files then no worry i guess.

0xF4? Unusual one - there's a similar scenario/0xF4 that can happen on XP with older IDE drives:
My go to page for BSOD's is http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html <--- big page warning!

If you have a bad PSU, it might kill any drive connected to it in seconds.

I think the issue was a lose cord issue was not tight them freaking sata cords can get a little touchy.
