Hi. I recently purchased a straight talk sim card for my AT&T LG Neon. There were instructions as to how to set it up with your phone. It worked fine except that I could not use the web at all. I tried working with the "helpful" phone people to no avail. I figured I didn't really use the web much on the phone anyway so didn't worry about it. Then it stopped sending and receiving pictures...which was working fine all along. Once again, I spent over an hour on the phone to no avail. They said they could not help...though it is their sim card and supposedly they will help with the settings. If anyone has any advice I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks:)

Okay after re-doing the settings per the paper I got with the sim card, my pictures now work fine again. But still no browser. When I try to go to browser it was saying "host not found." but after changing the settings for the browser it now says "a communication error has occurred". I don't know what else to try.

Sometimes on branded and unlocked phone, one or more fields mentioned with the SIM cannot be edited, which can cripple it. Some people blank the fields not mentioned with the SIM, but edit only those fields mentioned with the SIM. And copy exactly the examples with the SIM. Hope this helps.
