Strange 0x000000ed, 0x82f16900x 0x00000006

    Hello,
    Anyone can help me about this error on my computer friend, we got this BSOD Error: 0x000000ed 0x82f16900 0x00000006 0x00000000 0x00000000

    His Windows XP wont load in normal/safe mode, also on last known good... wont load in everything.... once it start windows loading just passing 3secs get the BSOD with message above

    we do not know how this problem has come from a power failure, improper shutdown, hdd problems, bad block, bad ram, we have no idea.

    Strange it is, i'm not finding any information for "0x82f16900" in google? which i have no idea what it is about, can anyone provide me some help identify what is the problem or what can i do?
