    Hi All,

I'm looking for some help with my internet connection.
The story goes...my Brother and I have recently moved to Australia from the UK. In the UK we both had broadband and enjoyed problem free connection. Then we came to Austraila and had to sign up for a dial-up account as broadband is not available in our area yet. We both have laptops and when we first signed up to Bigpond everything was OK, but then on the same day both of our computers started "timing-out" when trying to access websites. I have Firefox and IE installed and neither display web pages. Even when I open a "command prompt" window and try to "ping" addresses they can't be reached. The funny thing is though, my Brother can access his Bigpond email through Outlook Express on his laptop, but I can't access my Hotmail email via Outlook Express.
I went to my neighbours house to try and solve the problem, cuz he has an ISDN line. I managed to connect to his ISDN and everything was working fine. I updated my anti-virus and Windows Updates etc., but when I went back to dial-up everything was back as it was before.(
BTW. I've tried turning my firewall etc. off too...still no better.
I've DLed "HiJackThis" and ran it, so heres the results:-
