Strange Commercial Add and Music Problem

Hello, 4 or 5 days ago I started out of nowhere, hearing strange commercial and music adds being played through my speakers, this would happen even with all programs and internet browsers closed, and when I checked for running applications i had multiple runnings of iexplorer.exe and when I closed them out they stopped but kept coming back. I ran a full scan from AVG 2011 (Full Version) and Scan from Ad-Aware internet security (Full Version), and then free version scans from superantispyware, malewarebytes anti malware, and prevx csi, and i removed any problems they found; however this problem still persists; im not sure how damaging this problem is but It has gone on long enough and I need help to do something about it, please help.

Well the weird adds have not played yet, but I was wondering if the infectious maleware that was removed may have caused some damage to any system files that may need to be fixed? Just curious
