last nite my power went out for about an hr. once it came back on, i noticed that the blue circle next to my cursor is on more than its off. multiple virus scans using norton and malwarebytes come up clean, but like i said, this is only since the power outage. its more annoying than anything else. my system is running great. any ideas on the cursor?

nevermind, i figured it out. has something to do with my new printer. the process that keeps starting and stopping is hpnetworkcommunicator.exe this would also explain why all 3 of my computers have this issue now
