Strange error message

Hi! I would appreciate anyone's assistance in resolving the following issue: for a week now, when my PC is preparing for stand-by or hibernate mode, I sometimes get the message that "there are not enough resources to conclude API" (I hope I translate it correctly from Greek...). This does not happen every time and it may occur either at the first stage of power management (stand-by after 10 minutes of inactivity) or the second (hibernate after 45 minutes). Any ideas what this message means and how I should go about correcting the error?
