Strange File

Can someone help, my daughter finally talked me into getting a wireless router and now when i run ccleaner i have noticed it won't clear an IE file named :

C:\Users\Appdata\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary\Internet\Files\Content.IE5\DQ1WJL1M\109[1]

i am totally :confused checked it out by opening hidden files and folders and it has this :

res://CrogramFiles\VirginBroadbandWirless\WirelessManager\LOC.dll/oem/109

cannot delete as it won't allow me just keeps saying try again, am i supposed to leave it alone or, if i am supposed to delete how do i , any help would be appreciated thanks !

Have you tried deleting in Safe Mode?
Or have you tried quitting the wireless application and deleting then?
I wouldn't think that is an important file if you have done the install and have a connection.

 

Tried deleting in safe mode won't do, don't know how to config in CC Advanced settings, but what Halo says, seems to be the fact, yes it's Virgin and seems to be linked to the connection app and does recreate after disconnection the re-connection !
