Strange I.E search pages

Hi,

My uncle's pc was infected with spyware, so I downloaded and ran, spysweeper, adaware and spybot sd. This seems to have cleared most of the problems up, and I've also run a scan with the latest AVG anti-virus, as well as CWshredder.

The remaining problem is that when doing a google search for a site, say microsoft, and I click on the link which should open the microsoft.com home page, it goes to some strange portal/search page, usually it's one of the following:

e-pathto.com
ifmore.com
topfinder.org
otway.org
sepro.org

I've run the above mentioned scans various times and done a couple of reboots inbetween, and nothing is detected, but the problem still continue's.

I'd appreciate any help and advice, thanks in advance !
