Strange IE Crashes

Got a strange one here. When I goto certain sites IE crashes and returns to desktop as if IE wasnt even running. the sites i particulary have problems with are www.gamershell.com opens about 1/2 the home page and crashes. And runescape.com I select a world to play on and it crashes used to play it without any problems before.

Both of those sites use Java, heavily. Make sure you are using the latest version of Sun's Microsystems Java VM.
