Strange message

I just formatted my pc yesterday becoz it was being a pain in the ass and im already getting some sort of wierd message thing that says from system to user and say i have like 47 critical errors or something but it doesnt look real but im not even using the internet when i get them? It tells me to go to one of like four diiferent sites each time it pops up e.g. www.errorfixer.com
Anyone one have any idea what it is or how to get rid of it its driving me nuts!
