Strange Pop Up Lower Right Hand Corner

    My parents have a fairly new windows 10 all in one desktop. This little "ad" keeps popping up on the lower right corner of the screen. There is nothing showing on the task manager that clues me in.
    My dad has clicked on it prior to when I came over here to help. I can't seem to replicate it. It is intermittent and I can't stay for the whole day waiting for it to appear again, so I took a snip of it last time I was here. Then I ran Malware Bytes and had to leave. He said it's back.
    Help?
