Strange Problem Within XP

I think i have some sort of a video problem.

Here are some examples of whats happening to me:

-When i try to load a Ytmnd(one of these http://morpheusflashback.ytmnd.com/) it loads the sound and the picture stays frozen..in the first frame... or it will load one frame of it.. and then nothing else.

-When a file finishes DLing... and the *YOUR DOWNLOAD HAS FINISHED* pops up in the bottom right corner of your screen.. it dosent go away.

-When DLing a file from say Rapidshare my DLtimer goes from 29, 28 27 and then freezes up.. and dosent move.

Now i have all of my ATI driver updated.. my FLASH(shockwave whatever) updated, DirectX .. updated.

Now I didnt have this problem until i reformatted my computer and reinstalled windows XP. So is my version corrupt?(its a legal version and i used it before).

Your version can't really be corrupt, it's more likely a driver issue.

Update your motherboard and video drivers and it will probably resolve the problem.

If you don't know what hardware you have, then download EVEREST.
