strange screen lines

hi guys
i recently upgraded my video card to a sapphire 1950 pro. when i play bf3 i get these strange lines on my screen and when i exit the game they stick around. anyone know whats causing this please? below is an example. i'd appreciatte anyone takling a fews seconds to look at it

I suggest you resize the screenshot you link to so you are able to post it as a thumbnail on here. No-one is going to download something without knowing exactly what it is they are putting on their PC
